In MSS news, read how our community of women has remained active during the pandemic, from participating in online Zoom events, including hosting a prayer gathering, and attending an interfaith gathering with ICAN Australia. We’ve also been co-signatories to a couple of letters to the Prime Minister on matters of deep significance. The back page of our section features a beautiful story about Marie Murphy MSS.
In Highways and Byways news, they’ve welcomed three new members to the community, have launched its 2021 Small Grants Program with the theme, ‘Healing Ourselves – Together’, and showcase some of the projects that have already received funding in past rounds. Don’t forget you can still host a fundraising dinner to help raise funds for Highways and Byway’s community projects.
